I signed up two weeks back and provided all the info for verification, but it's been nothing but crickets. A week after that, I reached out to customer support, and only after another week did they get back to me saying they’re busy with... 'hot Estonian guys.' No way I'm using this service now, especially not sending any cash. I'm really curious about how and when this will wrap up.

I recently made a purchase online and wanted to share my thoughts. The process was pretty smooth overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. First off, the website was easy to navigate, which I appreciated. However, I did run into some issues with the payment system. It took a bit longer than expected to finalize my order. Once that was sorted, the delivery was prompt, and the item arrived in good condition. All in all, I’d say it was a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Total scam! Back in 2017, I came across other reviews online warning about this place and I should've paid attention, but I thought maybe those folks just had a rough time!

Now, I can't even check my transaction history online, and somehow, a whopping EURO 2,800 has vanished! They also hit me with an 'inactivity fee' that wiped out all my supposed BNK funds. The 'positive' reviews here all seem to have the same vibe, with similar spelling mistakes and whatnot. If you add 'transparency' to the end of the URL, you can uncover how many negative reviews have mysteriously disappeared.

STAY AWAY! And just to clarify, I’m not a rival or anything - I’m just here to give a heads-up to others so they don’t end up in the same boat as me and those whose feedback got taken down because this guy actively flags them. Seriously, look for more trustworthy exchanges.

They really get back to you fast, no long waits in line. But, just a heads up, you’ll need an international passport for verification. A national ID or government document should do the trick for KYC approval.

They kept asking for my passport, like, four times since it was supposedly not good enough. Then, outta nowhere, they rejected my account without any explanation. Plus, they took my bitcoins that I loaded onto the account, which were worth 10€.
